Most of the purchases I have made from have been of very good nature and quality products, but not all have been completely or exactly what I expected but many of my purchases have surpassed what I was expecting. I have been at fault on some of my purchases as I did not get all the specifics regarding the particular purchase. I do have trouble getting full description on some Items such as length and diameter or circumference of a particular order.

I purchased items from another web site and spent 200.00 on credit card and never received items, it's been over 2 months. Tried contacting them e-mail and got no response. Before I purchased item from I e-mailed to find out about shipping, and got a response within 24hrs. This is why I purchased item as a trial. Everything worked out great and I'm looking forward to my next purchase. Thanks and you'll hear from me soon.
